The position offers competitive pay with uncapped commission and performance incentives, with typical earnings between $50,000 and $60,000 annually, and top performers making over $80,000. Renuity is part of a nationwide network of home renovation brands focused on making home improvement easier and more enjoyable.

Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Self-motivated with a drive to exceed performance goals
Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached
Comfortable traveling within the local area for events and store placements
Weekend availability (Saturdays and/or Sundays) is required
