The Sales and Brand Growth Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening brand presence, and building meaningful community relationships across all three of our restaurant locations. The manager will execute marketing initiatives, lead community engagement efforts, and create memorable guest experiences both in-store and throughout the local area. This role plays a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Chick-fil-A's products and services and drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Creating strategies for driving transactions to our Chick-fil-A restaurants.
  • Forming relationships with local business, schools, churches, etc. in our respective trade area and activating tactics of engagement.
  • Fundraising, mining for catering opportunities, and coordinating in store/on-site events for guests (family/children leaning).
  • Creating Moments to show appreciation, care, and Surprise & Delight within the restaurant through Second Mile Service in the dining room and the drive thru, sampling new and existing products, interactive events and cow appearances.
  • Creating Moments outside of the restaurant, in the community, using Cow Appearances, processing donation requests, golf outings/fall festivals and always looking for opportunities to engage at community events.
  • Executing marketing initiatives.
  • Leading community engagement efforts.
  • Creating memorable guest experiences both in-store and throughout the local area.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Chick-fil-A's products and services and drive sales.
