Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in DTC growth, performance marketing, or brand growth
  • Proven track record scaling at least one acquisition channel with measurable revenue impact
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok (organic, paid, or TikTok Shop)
  • Strong understanding of CAC, MER, ROAS, and contribution margin
  • Experience managing creator and affiliate partnerships
  • Ability to build and execute creative testing frameworks (UGC, hooks, iterations)
  • Highly data-driven with strong analytical decision-making skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience scaling TikTok Shop in the US market
  • Background in health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands
  • Hands-on experience managing paid social budgets
  • Experience growing a personal brand or content channel
  • Familiarity with influencer outreach and affiliate platforms
  • Experience working with Amazon brands and understanding the halo effect
  • Strong copywriting for performance creatives and landing pages
  • Experience using AI tools for growth and content production

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale TikTok Shop end-to-end (content, creators, affiliates, offers, operations)
  • Build and manage an affiliate and creator engine (sourcing, onboarding, scaling performers)
  • Develop and execute high-converting creative strategies (UGC, hooks, testing loops)
  • Launch and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok
  • Define, track, and improve KPIs (revenue, CAC, MER, ROAS, contribution margin)
  • Set up and run structured testing systems across creatives, offers, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align growth initiatives across channels
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, content production, and decision-making
  • Identify and execute new growth opportunities across DTC and social channels
