About The Position

We’re looking for a Brand & Growth Manager who knows how to turn big ideas into real-world execution. This role owns the channels that people actually see, attend, and remember—events, sponsorships, media, and partnerships. You’ll be the person who makes sure our brand shows up powerfully, consistently, and with results we can measure. This is not a strategy-only role. It’s for someone who loves running point, coordinating moving parts, and seeing campaigns come to life.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years in brand, growth, field, or experiential marketing
  • Proven experience owning offline or hybrid marketing channels
  • Exceptionally organized and execution-focused
  • Comfortable managing agencies, vendors, and external partners
  • Confident working directly with executive leadership
  • Data-aware and results-driven—you care about what actually works

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute high-visibility initiatives across: Events & Experiences – conferences, hosted events, and live activations
  • Sponsorships & Partnerships – sourcing, negotiating, and executing
  • Out-of-Home Advertising – billboards and physical brand presence
  • Direct Mail – creative, logistics, and performance tracking
  • TV & Radio – planning, coordination, and campaign rollout
  • Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and partners—ensuring every campaign launches on time, on brand, and on budget.
