This role will focus solely on Ice Barrel, where we know that not all cold plunges are created equal and we are on a mission to make cold therapy approachable, effective, and empowering for everyone. Rooted in research exploring benefits like reduced inflammation, improved recovery, mood enhancement, and stress resilience, Ice Barrel brings these principles to life through intentionally designed cold plunge products. We are looking for a Brand Manager/Growth Operator to submerge themselves in a hands-on, execution role to own and scale Ice Barrel’s growth engine. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through agency management, identifying the highest-leverage opportunities across the funnel, and ensuring strong performance across paid media, email, social, influencer, Amazon, and content. This role requires someone who can move quickly, think strategically, and take ownership of the brand’s execution, making confident decisions around spend, performance, and channel optimization. All of this is grounded in a culture of being playfully curious, living mindfully, being wildly courageous, and leading with the heart. Not located in the Kansas City metro area?
