About The Position

Valley Cooperative Association (VCA) is seeking a Sales Analyst who is passionate about uncovering insights from data to drive business decisions and support the sales team. This role involves transforming data into meaningful insights, improving reporting processes, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of CRM and sales information. VCA is a member-owned cooperative serving the baking and brewing industry, recognized as the 2023 Vendor of the Year by the Wisconsin Bakers Association.

Requirements

• Experience in business, sales, or data analytics.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for solving problems.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and work collaboratively across teams.

Nice To Haves

• Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or similar tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking.
• Analyze trends and provide insights that support business decisions.
• Improve reporting processes and maintain accurate sales data.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to keep CRM information organized and reliable.
• Turn data into recommendations that help drive results.
