About The Position

P&G is hiring a Sales Analyst in San Antonio, Texas. This is a senior administrative role serving as a critical partner and enabler to Sales Account Executives and a multifunctional team. The position interacts with Sales Account Executives, multifunctional partners in Product Supply, Operations, and Finance, customers, internal P&G resources, and third-party vendors. It calls for strong attention to detail, technical and analytical capabilities, initiative, and the ability to manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Maintain team ADLs and lead the ADL process using required systems, including IDAX and Power BI.
Lead invoicing and deduction processes with P&G's Costa Rican affiliates.
Manage payment and deduction resolution, use dashboards to track issues, implement new scripts as needed, and oversee the process.
Support new-item setup, including automating forms and using Selenium scripts.
Support multiple categories across HEB-specific systems, including offer creation and tracking, coupon generation and submission, merchandising, cost changes, and price discrepancy management.
Assist with and coordinate P&G leadership visits, top-to-top customer meetings, category road shows, team meetings, and pillar meetings.
Use business knowledge and digital tools to improve Sales and Supply Chain efficiency through data mining, automation, and process improvement.
Manage multiple priorities and adapt to the changing needs of the business.
