About The Position

Brand Momentum is seeking enthusiastic Sales Ambassadors to engage, educate, and convert adult consumers during FIFA events aboard a Hop-On Hop-Off experience. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and representing the brand in high-traffic, energetic environments. As a Brand Ambassador, you will have a polished, confident, and professional presence, supporting activation setup, execution, and reporting. You will also collaborate closely with the team leader and retailers.

Requirements

Previous sales, brand ambassador, promotional, or customer-facing experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable approaching and engaging with consumers in public settings
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Must be 21 years of age or older
Comfortable working outdoors and in high-energy event environments
Ability to stand for extended periods and actively engage with consumers throughout activations

Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional customer experiences while engaging, educating, and converting adult consumers during FIFA events aboard a Hop-On Hop-Off experience.
Meet or exceed engagement and sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Face-to-face engagement with adult consumers in energetic, high-traffic environments while introducing an innovative, smoke-free alternative designed for adult nicotine consumers.
Act as a trusted Brand Ambassador with a polished, confident, and professional presence.
Support activation setup, execution, reporting, and overall consumer experience throughout the campaign.
Work closely with the team leader and the retailer.
