About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Ambassadors to represent a brand during FIFA activations in Vancouver and Toronto. This contract-based event activation role requires flexibility and involves engaging, educating, and converting adult consumers. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and acting as a trusted Brand Ambassador in high-traffic, energetic environments. The role includes supporting activation setup, execution, and reporting, as well as collaborating with the team leader and retailers.

Requirements

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Must be 21 years of age or older
Comfortable working outdoors and in high-energy event environments
Ability to stand for extended periods and actively engage with consumers throughout activations

Nice To Haves

Previous sales, brand ambassador, promotional, or customer-facing experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable approaching and engaging with consumers in public settings

Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional customer experiences while engaging, educating, and converting adult consumers during FIFA events aboard a Hop-On Hop-Off experience.
Meet or exceed engagement and sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Face-to-face engagement with adult consumers in energetic, high-traffic environments while introducing an innovative, smoke-free alternative designed for adult nicotine consumers.
Act as a trusted Brand Ambassador with a polished, confident, and professional presence.
Support activation setup, execution, reporting, and overall consumer experience throughout the campaign.
Work closely with the team leader and the retailer.
