About The Position

As a Sales Agent for DSLD Homes, you will generate new home sales by presenting home plans, features, and community information to prospective buyers. You will guide customers through the home-buying process, learn DSLD’s processes, identify buyers’ needs, and connect them with appropriate solutions. The role also involves marketing the community, organizing events, and building relationships with realtors to help achieve sales goals. The position requires daily work at a model home, travel to other communities for showings, and travel to the company office for meetings. The work is generally performed in a typical office environment using standard office equipment. It is usually sedentary, with some walking, light lifting, and general cleaning to keep homes ready for showings. The environment is fast-paced, with frequent interruptions and short-notice changes in priorities. Weekend work is required, and answering customer calls on days off is customary. Training is provided for a designated period, during which pay is guaranteed. Compensation then transitions to 100% commission, with the commission range based on potential community sales at a fixed percentage and subject to fluctuation with total sales. Benefits are offered as part of the compensation package. Applicants must reside in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, or Texas.
