Requirements

  • Active Florida 2-15 insurance license (required before hire; company will cover a portion of the cost)
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must be able to work in-office in downtown Sarasota
  • Genuinely like talking to people and can build rapport fast
  • Want goals, scoreboards, and to be paid for your performance
  • Are coachable — willing to learn and apply feedback quickly
  • Want stability and upside
  • Carry yourself professionally and take pride in doing the job right
