Your job is to guide them through their options, handle questions and objections, and close the sale. Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of sales experience
  • Experience working toward goals or quotas preferred
  • Comfortable handling objections and closing sales
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Ability to manage follow-up and pipeline activity
  • Competitive, results-driven mindset
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems)
  • Ability to work full-time, in-office in Dallas, TX

Responsibilities

  • Inbound and outbound calls with customers who are setting up home services

  • Close the sale and earn commission on every completed order
