About The Position

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a career-minded, service-driven Sales Agent to help deliver products and services that provide members peace of mind and value. The role is suited to a talented sales professional with ambition, initiative, self-determination, a strong work ethic, career dedication, and a winning attitude. Earnings potential is $100K+ and paid training is provided.

The role involves developing business through lead sourcing, prospecting, and networking; meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals; and providing excellent customer service to support member retention. The agent must be self-motivated and committed to building a profitable business. Auto Club Enterprises is part of the national AAA federation and has nearly 17,000 employees across 24 states, serving more than 18 million members.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Successful completion of a background check, credit check, and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• A college degree is preferred.
