About The Position

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking career-minded, service-driven Sales Agents to build a profitable business by sourcing and developing leads, prospecting, networking, and meeting sales goals while providing excellent customer service and supporting member retention. Agents begin at $28.85 per hour and receive paid training. After completing the training program, full-time Sales Agents who successfully meet sales goals earn an average of $99,600–$121,700 annually, with uncapped commissioned opportunities for exceeding goals. Sales experience is highly preferred. Candidates must be able to qualify for and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life insurance licenses, have computer experience and good organizational skills, and complete a background check, credit check, and drug screen. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
