About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to deliver excellent service to customers at its Nob Hill retail location. Advisors represent the company’s values and brand philosophy, help make glasses shopping an exceptional experience, and contribute to store success through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and special projects. The role involves providing attentive service and style advice, sharing product knowledge, supporting teammates, and helping foster an inclusive culture.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Not listed on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
