About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide excellent service to customers and contribute directly to the success of its retail locations. The role involves representing Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy, helping make glasses shopping an exceptional experience, sharing product and style knowledge, and contributing ideas to improve retail and the customer experience. Sales Advisors also support their team and help foster an inclusive environment.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to adapt and solve problems proactively, including responding quickly to unexpected situations.
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Positive team player who leads by example.
Energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
