About The Position
Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Porter for a luxury apartment community in the general Las Vegas area. The Porter’s primary responsibility is to ensure that all aspects of the property look clean and well maintained at all times.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must complete pre-employment background and drug testing.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities.
- Police the grounds and parking areas.
- Perform minor maintenance, such as changing light bulbs and painting.
- Assist the maintenance staff upon request.
