The Property Manager oversees the operational and financial aspects of the residential apartment community and leads its leasing and maintenance teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of recent experience in a property management leadership role.
• Leasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational and financial aspects of the residential apartment community.
• Manage the leasing and maintenance teams.
• Oversee collections and revenue enhancement.
