The role supports kitchen cleanliness, dishwashing, sanitation, waste removal, and other operational tasks. Requirements

Be organized.

Be able to work under pressure.
Have proven experience in general labor or trades (experiencia comprobada en oficios varios).

Responsibilities

Keep the kitchen clean, maintained, and organized at all times.
Operate the dishwasher.
Wash, clean, sort, and organize dishes safely.
Check chemical levels and inventory and alert the manager on duty as needed.
Collect and remove trash from all areas of the operation following established procedures.
Help collect and clean dishes in the dining room and outdoor dining area.
Maintain a hygienic work environment according to hygiene rules, company standards, and sanitation guidelines.
Assist cooks when needed.
Help receive and store deliveries as directed.
Clean, sanitize, and close workstations.
Perform tasks and duties assigned by the manager.
