About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to deliver excellent service to customers at its retail locations. Sales Advisors represent Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy, provide product knowledge and style advice, and help make glasses shopping a positive experience. They also contribute to retail process ideas and improvements, anticipate the needs of customers and teammates, and help foster an inclusive culture.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Must not appear on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
