About The Position

ANINE BING is hiring a part-time Sales Advisor, referred to as a Stylist, for its South Coast Plaza store. The Stylist is an ambassador for the brand and works with the in-store sales team to drive sales through customer relationship selling and personalized one-to-one service, both in store and digitally. The role focuses on building customer relationships, developing fashion and product knowledge, and helping the team meet and exceed store sales goals. The Stylist also supports daily store operations, including inventory management, online fulfillment, and visual merchandising.

Requirements

1–3 years of fashion, styling, or retail sales experience.
Experience in personal styling and a goal-driven environment.
Ability to build and maintain a client book.
Ability to bring positive, engaging energy to the workplace.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and retail holidays.
Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the store during shifts.
Ability to meet physical demands, including extended standing and walking; frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and ladder climbing; lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; moving merchandise and fixtures; operating POS systems; and performing essential job functions in a fast-paced retail environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
