Our Commercial team in Nottingham is looking for a CRM Administrator to join our Nottingham office. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to work from the office 3 - 4 times a week. Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of Sales and CRM support to the immediate and wider business. Working closely with Business Development, Business Services, Operations, and Finance, you will input, manage, review, and update commercial data within the CRM function of our Enterprise Resource Planning system, NetSuite. A key part of the role will be ensuring the CRM is updated accurately and in real time, including new enquiries, key financial milestones and FTE rates, project start and end dates, departmental resource planning schedules, proposals, and existing contracted projects. You will play an important role in maintaining high-quality commercial data and supporting effective reporting, planning, and decision-making across the business. Experience using ERP systems and managing sales data is highly desirable. We are looking for someone with strong data entry and data management experience, ideally within a fast-paced sales environment, alongside a sharp eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
