Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in CRM management and other sales-specific software to effectively drive outreach and ensure data accuracy.
  • Experience in managing at least 50-75 outbound touches per week through calls and emails is essential, alongside the ability to maintain high-quality follow-ups.
  • A quick response time and capability to manage 24-hour follow-up cycles for field representatives are vital for success.
  • Skilled in quote generation and proposal preparation, demonstrating the ability to coordinate effectively between the Sales and Project Management teams.
  • A keen aptitude for sourcing and vetting industry events and conferences is necessary to identify new market opportunities.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Prior success in an inside sales or lead-generation role.
  • Experience working within a PMO or a highly structured project environment.
  • Ability to turn CRM data into concise weekly performance summaries for leadership is crucial for driving strategic decisions.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Bolstering field sales by driving pipeline activity and maintaining consistent prospect follow-ups.

  • Ensuring seamless communication to capture every opportunity.
  • Executing 50-75 targeted outreach activities weekly via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to engage with approved focus accounts.
  • Assisting in generating and qualifying leads for handoff to field representatives.
  • Logging updates in real time to enhance sales operations.
  • Conducting research on local and national industry events to identify networking opportunities that align with R&R's target markets.
  • Contributing significantly to converting leads into closed revenue and fostering continuous business growth.
