About The Position

Chastang Truck Center is seeking a highly organized, bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Administrator to manage front-desk reception, vehicle inventory coordination, and fleet sales administration. This role involves answering phones, greeting customers, maintaining inventory records in CDK, processing deal documentation, and supporting the commercial sales team. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in accuracy, and communicates effortlessly in both English and Spanish. This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule, offering variety, responsibility, and opportunities for skill development within the dealership operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-line phone system, customer greeting, and front office operations.
  • Perform daily CDK inventory entries, VIN pulls, vehicle labeling, and stock board maintenance.
  • Handle fleet deal entry, sold reporting, and Assignment of Proceeds (AOP) preparation.
  • Provide bilingual customer support throughout the sales and F&I process.
