  • Prior call center or customer service experience.

  • Strong computer skills and easily adapts to new technology.

Responsibilities

  • Make 150-200+ outbound confirmation calls for residential sales appointments.
  • Receive inbound residential sales calls and assign to proper parties or set appointments.
  • Calendar management for a 10+ person salesforce.
  • Establish rapport with clients quickly.
  • Validate prospective customer's contact and home information in CRM system.
  • Distribute appointment confirmation texts or emails.
  • Create a positive experience for all clients.
