Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing purchase paperwork and vehicle transaction documentation
  • Support workflow for trade-in paperwork and title-related documents
  • Prepare and organize finance and lease contract paperwork
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are completed correctly and efficiently
  • Communicate with sales, finance, and management teams to keep deals moving smoothly
  • Provide administrative support in a fast-paced office setting
  • Help maintain compliance and organization throughout the sales process
