About The Position

Jonluca Neal is the largest, family-owned, natural food distribution company in Canada. We serve a wide variety of retail partners and represent a diverse group of vendors. We are experiencing tremendous growth, and are seeking resourceful, experienced, and energized professionals to join our growing team. We are hiring a Sales Administrator to work for our Eastern sales office in Vaughan, ON. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, this is a permanent full-time, hybrid position. The successful candidate will have a desire to contribute to our rapidly growing, family-owned company. This role is responsible for sales coordination to support our national sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of office administration work experience.
  • Experience working in a distribution company; fast-paced environment; and/or direct experience working with distributors.
  • Ability to think outside the box to creatively troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issue calmly.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills with a proactive mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Support Key Account Manager with day-to-day support for top retailers.
  • Enter data in SAP to support purchasing forecasts
  • Develop Key Account portal expertise and enter information accurately and on time to support new listings, discontinuations, and price/product changes.
  • Maintain account order guides
  • Contribute to the effectiveness of sales management by attending staff meetings.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating contact lists/database
  • Monitor and support promotional calendars for accounts
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure all submissions are accurate
  • Organize the tradeshow from front end; ensure deadline dates are met
  • Problem solve and facilitate solutions with vendors and other departments.
  • Collaborate with vendor and Key Account Managers to build action plans for growth.
  • Attend trade events and other activities to strengthen relationships.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
