About The Position

Trico Homes is looking for a Sales Administrator (Summer Student) to join their team. This is a full-time, temporary position where the individual will work closely with the sales admin team and other departments to ensure information is flowing from the time of sale until closing date. The role is described as fast-paced and action-packed.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales administration workflows, including email and document management, data entry into internal systems and tracking action items
  • Maintain weekly reports for management
  • Support the sales admin team with sales inquiries
  • Process customer refund requests
  • Pull and compile documentation required for closing statements
  • Send documents to Docusign for builder signature and ensure completed documents are uploaded to our internal system
  • Review and update key internal components of new purchaser deal into internal database
  • Send Customer Sale (C/S) and firm emails to Sales and internal teams
  • Prepare, send, and confirm Change Orders (COs) for builder signature
