About The Position

We are seeking a professional and organized Summer Student HR Administrator to support our Human Resources team during the summer term. This role is ideal for a student interested in human resources, business administration, or organizational development who is looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic workplace. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and day-to-day HR administrative tasks while learning about human resources operations and workplace practices. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Attention to detail and strong time-management skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
  • Help maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing confidential personnel information
  • Support employee training coordination and tracking
  • Respond to general HR inquiries and administrative requests
  • Assist with data entry and updating HR systems and spreadsheets
  • Support HR projects and workplace initiatives as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
