About The Position

Silver Wings Aerospace located in Princeton, Florida is looking for a Sales Administrator. This role for be and onsite role - Full time Monday - Friday 8am to 5 pm. We are the industry’s choice for a full suite of Power Generation (IDG, Generator, CSD), Hydraulic Pumps, Fuel Pumps, and Electrical Accessories. Silver Wings Aerospace is a leading MRO provider, our unparalleled expertise in component repairs, combined with our decades of experience, in-house engineering and technicians, delivers maximum value and reliability to our global clientele. Responsible for supporting the sales team with daily sales quota. This role for be and onsite role - Full time Monday - Friday 8am to 5 pm.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to summarize data and trends clearly.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relations with a wide range of vendors and customers.
  • Computer skills -- General MS-Excel, Word and quantum preferred.
  • Must speak, read and write English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to work in high paced environment where multi-tasking is a must.
  • No high school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of experience in purchasing position(s) is preferred.
  • Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
  • Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations, using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish is a plus.
  • quantum preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and respond to Request for Quotes (RFQs) via email or telephone.
  • Perform market research on new and existing products.
  • Monitor quote activity and progression and provide customer updates as needed.
  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and capabilities.
  • Completes sales order data entry, change orders, amendments, and other related documentation. Including: obtaining purchase order acknowledgments from suppliers.
  • Assist sales and product management with reports and data and provide technical information as needed.
  • Ability to work weekends (AOG rotation staff)
  • Other duties may be assigned.
