The role supports sales staff with customer communications, order entry, product pricing maintenance, and inventory management. The successful candidate will provide friendly, professional customer service, respond efficiently to inquiries, and help maintain high customer satisfaction. Requirements

At least 2 years of customer support experience.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to discuss and problem-solve situations that may arise with customers.
Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers and regularly provide the best possible service.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail.
Positive and professional demeanor.
Fastener experience is needed.

Manufacturing accounting and inventory system experience.
