About The Position

Ultradent is seeking a driven professional to manage sales in the Rockville territory. The role is suited to experienced sales professionals and people looking to begin a sales career, including dental industry professionals. The territory’s ideal candidates live in Rockville, Germantown, Frederick, Hagerstown, or Gaithersburg. This is a base-plus-commission opportunity, with an annual base salary of $80,000–$85,500 depending on experience. The position involves building relationships with dental-office staff, prospecting for customers, growing accounts, and meeting sales goals. The Account Manager must be willing and equipped to travel at least 25% of the year, including for mandatory training at Ultradent’s home office, the National Sales Meeting, and other industry events.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
