About The Position

You’ll be an integral part of this dynamic team as an Account Manager for General Imaging Ultrasound. You will be responsible for driving overall sales and market penetration in the assigned territory. Your role: Understands customer requirements and provides consultative solutions meeting their needs. Develop and owns strategies for customers within assigned territory that will achieve business growth targets. Ensures order processing, architectural service, construction, and shipment schedules to equipment installation are orderly and timely by communicating with logistics and project managers. Negotiates solutions and closes deals by reaching agreements with mutual satisfaction to Customers and Philips. Maintains constant communication with all internal and external parties during the progression of the deal. Prepares for several negotiation scenarios. Obtain clean orders at the best possible price.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of direct hospital sales experience.
  • Medical Capital equipment sales experience (highly preferred)
  • Proven sales experience including ability to effectively prospect and pipeline, acquire new business, account manage, and effectively manage your assigned territory/funnel to meet quota/goals.
  • Must have a hunter mindset and thrive in the business development tasks.
  • Bachelor's in areas such as Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment or equivalent
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
  • Must be a team player and have excellent communication- including strategic presentations up to c-suite.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
  • For this position, you must reside in the territory.
