About the position
Higharc is seeking seasoned technology sales Account Executives to establish relationships with home builders and sell Higharc as their construction and marketing software solution. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the business as one of the first AEs on the team. The Account Executives will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential new customers, managing the entire sales cycle, and closing mid-sized and large sales deals. The ideal candidate should have sales experience in enterprise SaaS and a passion for homes, construction, or home design.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential new customers (home building companies)
- Establish and build on relationships to understand their needs and pain points
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding the client to securing a deal
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Close mid-sized and large (6 figure) sales deals
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive in Enterprise Sales
- Experience in selling SaaS products to the mid-market or enterprise
- Passion for homes, construction, or home design
- Ability to identify and prospect potential new customers
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and pain points
- Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle
- Experience closing mid-sized and large sales deals
- Negotiation skills
- Strong record-keeping abilities
- Willingness to travel (around 30% of the time)
