Head of Finance

Higharc, a VC-backed startup, is seeking a Head of Finance to provide strategic financial guidance and support their continued growth. This role, reporting directly to the CEO, involves overseeing the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team. With 10+ years of relevant Finance experience, including in a startup environment, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.

• Develop and maintain the company's annual budget and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic plans.
• Build and maintain a detailed financial model to support the company's growth and fundraising efforts.
• Conduct regular financial analyses and present findings to executive leadership to support decision-making and drive business outcomes.
• Manage financial reporting and ensure timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors, banks, and auditors.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to the CEO and other members of the executive team.

• 10+ years of relevant Finance experience, including experience in a startup environment
