About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep team member. The role supports preparation and presentation of salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes, while maintaining high standards for inventory and fresh produce. The attendant also helps monitor product expiration dates, keeps kitchen equipment and work areas clean, and completes beginning- or closing-shift duties. The position requires standing for extended periods, working at a quick pace, lifting or transporting objects up to 50 pounds, and working weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes and efficiently.
• Maintain high quality standards for inventory and fresh produce, including managing inventory levels and storage areas.
• Assist management with tracking product expiration dates.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
