About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep team member to support preparation and presentation of salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts. The role includes maintaining inventory quality and levels, tracking product expiration dates with management, keeping kitchen equipment and areas clean, and completing opening or closing shift duties. The position requires standing for long periods, moving objects up to 50 pounds, working at a quick pace, and working weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe and efficiently.
• Ensure inventory and fresh produce meet high quality standards and manage inventory levels, including the storage area.
• Assist management with tracking product expiration dates.
• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning-of-shift or closing-shift duties.
