The Safety Coordinator will assist in the development and implementation of global HSE awareness programs, fostering a safety mindset among suppliers and within the organization. This role involves supporting the maintenance of global HSE processes and standards in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, ensuring supplier adherence. The coordinator will participate in global HSE initiatives to enhance safety and environmental performance within the supply chain, contribute to the development and execution of HSE training programs for both suppliers and internal teams, and assist in applying global HSE audit standards. Key responsibilities also include monitoring audit results, providing feedback to suppliers for continuous improvement in HSE performance and CSR ratings, reviewing customer scorecards, maintaining customer relations, and managing complaints related to HSE topics.
