About The Position

Under general supervision of the Quality Manager and in collaboration with the leadership of PACT MSO and PACT, LLC, this position is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the organization's quality and patient safety program, including infection control. PACT MSO is a Management Service Organization that supports numerous physician groups. We offer health benefits, paid time off, and a friendly working environment. Requirements

  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Strong knowledge of safety guidelines and protocols, specific to a physicians group
  • Demonstrated professionalism and leadership
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Strong computer skills including data extraction, data analysis, and utilization of excel
  • Excellent communication skills to leadership and employees
  • 3 years of experience in quality and safety
  • 2 years in a position or safety department

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Communicate to staff on quality and patient safety policies and guidelines
  • Participate on committees and attend appropriate meetings
  • Ensure patient safety and quality protocols and processes are being followed by medical practices
  • Visiting medical offices to provide guidance, education and coaching on patient safety and quality protocols
  • Coordinate and complete assessments, inspections, and trainings to sites and divisions
  • Educate employees and all staff regarding OSHA regulations, standards, and company safety
  • Complete OSHA annual reports, if required.
  • Monitor metrics to ensure safety and quality measures are being met
