Requirements

  • One to three years of compliance or safety management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proficiency in basic to advanced computer skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in beverage industry policy and procedures.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in an industrial or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that all facilities comply with vital Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental (EOSH) systems, adhering to esteemed ISO standards such as 9001, 14001, and 45001.
  • Collaborating closely with the QSE Manager to ensure alignment with Coca-Cola North America and Keurig-Dr. Pepper's safety governance.
  • Representing the company during compliance audits with regulatory agencies like OSHA and the EPA.
  • Managing critical data and preparing reports, including accident reports, OSHA logs, and Tier II submissions.
  • Ensuring that every process is backed by a robust risk-based assessment system.
  • Educating and training employees.
  • Leading the Safety Committee.
  • Implementing proactive measures for incident prevention.
  • Contributing to a continuous improvement mindset that enhances workplace safety and operational excellence.
