Requirements

One to three years of compliance or safety management experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Proficiency in basic to advanced computer skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Background in beverage industry policy and procedures.
Familiarity with ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience in an industrial or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

Ensuring that all facilities comply with vital Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental (EOSH) systems, adhering to esteemed ISO standards such as 9001, 14001, and 45001.
Collaborating closely with the QSE Manager to ensure alignment with Coca-Cola North America and Keurig-Dr. Pepper's safety governance.
Representing the company during compliance audits with regulatory agencies like OSHA and the EPA.
Managing critical data and preparing reports, including accident reports, OSHA logs, and Tier II submissions.
Ensuring that every process is backed by a robust risk-based assessment system.
Educating and training employees.
Leading the Safety Committee.
Implementing proactive measures for incident prevention.
Contributing to a continuous improvement mindset that enhances workplace safety and operational excellence.
