Majority of time is spent as a safety consultant and resource in directing activities within portions of the safety program in a customer focused environment. Participates in administrative duties as assigned, including budget and resource allocation, and facilitation of staff involved with safety-related projects. Develops and facilitates implementation of creative ideas and suggestions to improve systems, processes and service; develops and implements new policies and procedures; develops and implements educational programs; evaluates established procedures and educational programs for effectiveness. Must be able to develop, conduct, and facilitate safety audits and perform hazard assessments, including the interpretation of results and facilitate implementation of solutions. Able to analyze and interpret data and participates in decisions regarding data validity and conclusions. Must maintain strict confidentiality of information. Requirements

Experience in Safety Management Systems
Experience across diverse environments, such as power plants, chemical laboratories, as well as both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings
