The EHS Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting general operations of the Safety department. They provide all necessary administrative support to the department – maintaining documentation and communications pertaining to the department, gathering necessary data/ reports and coordinating with different departments to fulfill assigned tasks. With the guidance of the Safety Director, the EHS Administrative Assistant will work with minimal supervision to ensure that the day-to-day audits and Safety training sessions are completed.
