About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a SaaS startup, taking full responsibility for building and running the business. The selected founder will receive a salary while building the startup through direct employment, or may opt for up to €500k in funding.

EWOR provides weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers and investors, and support with team building through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. The programme also offers guidance on product-market fit, sales and marketing, and preparing to raise funding. Fellows receive a customised personal-development programme and intensive coaching, including support aimed at securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
