About The Position

This opportunity is for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own SaaS startup. You will own, build, and run your company, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. You may receive a salary while building your startup as a direct employee, or opt for up to €500,000 in funding.

Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. You will receive guidance on reaching product-market fit, building a sales force or marketing engine, and preparing to raise millions in funding. The role also includes a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as SaaS.
• Undertake a personal development programme designed by unicorn founders, focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with hiring support from the professional network and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding through intensive coaching.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit and develop a sales force or marketing engine.
