About The Position

Hyro is seeking an RVP, Health Plans to build its payer segment from the ground up. The role combines hands-on enterprise sales leadership with the development of sales motions in a new or emerging market. The RVP will personally create and close Hyro’s first health plan deals, using those opportunities to establish product-market fit, then build and lead a high-growth sales team to scale the motion across the health plan industry. The successful candidate understands how health plans make decisions, including their stakeholders, procurement paths, and regulatory and quality pressures such as Stars, HEDIS, CMS rules, and state mandates. They can speak fluently about value-based care and patient/member engagement and translate AI capabilities into ROI narratives that motivate payer organizations. This is a remote, work-from-home role with up to 30% travel. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Compensation depends on factors including location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
