RV Production Operator 1
About The Position
The RV Production Operator 1 carries out various tasks in a busy warehouse and supports IHP values. The role involves operating production-line equipment, finishing products, and reporting equipment issues directly to maintenance supervisors. The ideal candidate has some mechanical and construction experience, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of mechanical aptitude. The position requires English fluency. Spanish fluency is a plus. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles in a moderately noisy environment. Requirements
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to work on foot for extended periods.
- Reliable mode of transportation.
- Fluency in English.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Two or more years of warehouse experience (preferred).
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Some mechanical and construction experience.

Responsibilities
- Feed raw materials into production machinery.
- Assemble goods on production lines.
- Monitor the production process.
- Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
- Store goods and raw materials properly in the warehouse.
- Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders.
- Pack goods to be shipped.
- Maintain work areas and equipment.
- Finish products and report equipment issues directly to maintenance supervisors.
