About The Position

Kunes Auto and RV Group is seeking an RV Parts Advisor to help maintain accurate, well-organized inventory and support customers and service technicians with RV parts needs. The role involves forecasting demand, coordinating with suppliers, helping customers identify appropriate parts, and promoting compatible upgrades. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort using dealership management software (DMS) or inventory platforms.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in an RV parts department, dealership, or service center.
• Working knowledge of RV systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Track, organize, and reorder RV parts inventory.
• Forecast stock needs across service and sales departments.
• Help RV owners and service technicians locate, order, and understand appropriate parts.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to support timely deliveries and accurate invoicing.
• Recommend compatible upgrades and develop RV parts promotions for retail customers.
