About The Position

Bretz RV and Marine is seeking a salesperson to guide customers through buying RVs, boats, and accessories while providing an excellent customer experience. The role offers commission-based compensation, training, and opportunities for growth and advancement. Salespeople work with management and teammates to meet individual and company goals and represent the dealership’s mission, vision, and values. The position is full-time and requires working Saturdays, with Sundays and one weekday off.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• A passion for helping others, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional service.
• Ability to connect with people, a strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Comfort using computers and learning new software programs.
• Ability to adapt to new systems and tools.
• Proficiency with standard office tools such as G Suite, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets.
• Ability to manage basic office tasks such as scheduling, paperwork, and communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Motivation to achieve personal and team goals while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to walk the dealership lot and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, climb, and stoop.
• Ability to occasionally lift 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the company’s sales process.
• Guide customers through the buying process and help ensure their satisfaction.
• Develop knowledge of products and inventory, including RVs and accessories, to answer questions and provide solutions.
• Work with management to set actionable goals aligned with personal and company objectives.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Contribute positively to the team, share insights, assist colleagues, and work toward collective success.
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training and complete required training milestones.
• Represent Bretz RV and Marine’s mission, vision, and values in interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Help create positive customer experiences and lasting memories.
