About The Position

At Love’s, the RV Maintenance Attendant helps keep the RV park clean, safe, and ready for guests. The role includes light maintenance tasks, restroom and site upkeep, and responding to basic repair needs around the property. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and can handle a variety of hands-on tasks with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Ability to perform basic repairs and use hand tools safely and effectively.
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping areas clean and well-maintained.
• Reliability, self-motivation, and ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to navigate computer programs, systems, and technology tools as part of daily operations.
• Ability to talk, hear, move around, lift up to 50 pounds, and see clearly to perform job duties.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in general maintenance, janitorial work, or outdoor labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, trash pickup, and general site upkeep.
• Clean and restock restrooms, showers, and common areas to support guest satisfaction.
• Regularly inspect RV sites and park grounds for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance needs.
• Report major maintenance issues to the supervisor and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Support park operations by setting up or closing down RV sites as needed.
