About The Position
Casleo LLC DBA Global Meals provides home-delivered meals to older adults in communities. The Russian Call Center Representative supports the company’s mission by helping meet customers’ nutritional needs. Reporting to the Russian Customer Service Manager, this role manages incoming calls and emails from Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking customers. The representative answers inquiries, manages customer accounts, assists with orders, maintains accurate interaction records, resolves customer issues, and verifies and activates new customer information.
Requirements
- Fluent Russian and Ukrainian; intermediate English.
- Excellent phone and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

- Call center experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone inquiries from Russian and Ukrainian customers.
- Manage customer accounts.
- Assist customers with order placement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure they are resolved.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of new customer data and activate new customers in the system.
